  • Each year, Fundacion Mama Ties allocates approximately AWG 200,000 in grants to support high-impact mental health initiatives and organizations across Aruba. Funding is directed to qualified organizations or initiatives that demonstrate clear, measurable impact on individuals, their families, and the advancement of mental health research and care capabilities on Aruba.

  • Through operational partnerships, Fundacion Mama Ties works closely with trusted, accredited local organizations to strengthen mental health care on the ground. We provide long-term operational and financial support, including the provision of facilities, to help partners expand capacity, improve quality of care, and deliver high-impact services.

  • A critical part of our work is engaging the broader community to help strengthen mental well-being. To support this, Fundacion Mama Ties regularly hosts community events, conferences, and research-sharing initiatives that raise awareness, encourage dialogue, and strengthen collaboration across Aruba’s mental health ecosystem.

    CasMarie Foundation

    Fundacion Mama Ties and CasMarie Foundation have partnered to support seniors facing mental health challenges through a dedicated ambulatory care facility in Santa Cruz.

    The facility provides structured daytime support, therapeutic engagement, and social interaction, allowing individuals to remain connected to their families and communities while receiving care.

    Beyond service delivery, the partnership focuses on maintaining and expanding safe, dignified spaces, strengthening support systems, and reducing isolation among seniors.

    Fundacion Respaldo

    Fundacion Mama Ties has partnered with Fundacion Salud Mental Aruba Respaldo, Aruba’s institution for Specialist Mental Health Care (SGGZ), to strengthen the island’s mental health system.

    Together, they are developing a modern facility combining ambulatory and inpatient services, enabling both preventive care and intensive treatment within one integrated model.

    The partnership expands national capacity, improves continuity of care, and reinforces mental health as essential social infrastructure, supporting individuals, families, and communities.

    Fundacion Mama Ties has partnered with CEDE Aruba to strengthen and advance the island’s mental health ecosystem.

    The partnership is centered around builidng a collaborative platform that unites people, funding, organizational support, and expertise, enabling more effective and coordinated non-governmental initiatives.

    The goal is to expand capacity, improve impact, and foster long-term resilience, ensuring mental health is recognized and supported as a fundamental pillar of well-being for individuals and communities across Aruba.
